Getting an ADHD diagnosis as an adult can leave you wondering, what next?
Transform Your Life with Understanding, Support, and Growth
Discover how to work with your ADHD, not against it. Learn to embrace your unique brain, find your community, and start living the life you’ve always wanted.
Do you find yourself swinging between moments of feeling in control and times when nothing seems to go right?
You’ve spent years juggling countless responsibilities—family, career, relationships—doing your best to keep everything together.
You’ve likely tried to stay organized with planners, self-help books, and systems that promised to make life easier, but nothing seemed to stick.
Now, with your recent ADHD diagnosis, everything is beginning to make sense.
You realize that these methods weren’t designed for how your brain works, and you’ve been left feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and like you’re constantly falling short.
Energy swings can take you from super excited to start something new to shutting down when the final details need to be completed.
Searching for self acceptance and understanding of missed opportunities after a late in life diagnosis.
The Truth:
You’re Not Broken—You Just Need the Right Tools.
The real issue isn’t your effort or your capabilities—it’s that the tools you’ve been using weren’t built for someone with ADHD. Now that you know the ‘why’ behind your challenges, it’s time to stop blaming yourself and start using strategies that align with how your brain actually works. The life you want is within reach, but it requires a new approach—one that understands and respects your unique needs.
Embrace your brain’s unique way of functioning to transform your life with ADHD.
Focus on strategies that align with how you naturally think, feel, and act.
Manage your time, emotions, and relationships in a way that feels natural and sustainable.
Create a life that works for you, instead of forcing yourself into a mold that doesn’t fit.

Hello there, my name
is Kristin Koliha.
ADHD help from someone who get’s it
For years I felt like I had it all “together.” Family, home, owned my own business, and it was all working great. Until it wasn’t.
The anxiety I felt when:
I had to shift between home and work.
Manage multiple family members schedules, needs and to dos.
Be an effective partner in managing a household
Feeling emotionally overwhelmed
I found myself looking for ways to manage the anxiety, scrolling, drinking, mindless tv, none of these really worked.
I knew I was forgetting things, missing details and losing sleep over this. Getting clarity on my diagnosis with ADHD was one step in the journey.
Drawing from my understanding of the brain and my personal experience (after all, I’ve always had ADHD—now I just know why I am the way I am!), I’ve developed strategies to work with my brain rather than against it.
I’m now passionate about supporting adults diagnosed with ADHD because I understand the challenges of seeking understanding, acceptance, and support. That’s why I created Welcome Home ADHD—to help others navigate this journey with confidence.
Together we can work on managing your ADHD in a way that works for your brain. Focusing on education, coaching and community, you will have the space to be seen, heard and grow.
